About the Role
As a working student in personnel administration, you will support our team with all administrative and organizational tasks related to the employee lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Process administrative personnel matters using ServiceNow.
- Support employee entries, transfers, and exits, as well as the creation and maintenance of personnel documents.
- Maintain and update master personnel data in SAP.
- Manage and archive documents in the electronic personnel file.
- Assist employees with personnel-related inquiries and process requests via the HR service portal.
- Support the optimization and digitalization of HR processes.
- Undertake general organizational and administrative activities in the personnel department.
Requirements
- Enrolled student, ideally with a focus on business administration, human resource management, business law, administrative sciences, or a comparable course of study.
- Interest in personnel topics and administrative processes.
- Structured and meticulous work approach.
- Responsible, trustworthy, and discreet handling of personal data.
- Proficient in common Microsoft Office applications.
- Ideally, initial knowledge or experience with SAP HCM.
- Very good German language skills, both written and spoken.
- Enjoy working in a team and demonstrate a service-oriented mindset and work ethic.
