About the Role

This is a key position with significant scope for design and direct influence on company development. You will work closely with management and actively shape the digitalization strategy within a motivated and competent IT team, benefiting from short decision-making paths and a modern, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Strategic development and management of the internal IT for the entire corporate group.
• Development and implementation of a sustainable IT strategy in close cooperation with management.
• Definition of IT goals, priorities, and roadmaps to support the corporate strategy.
• Technical and disciplinary leadership and development of the IT team.
• Responsibility for the stable and secure operation of the entire IT infrastructure.
• Planning, management, and implementation of IT projects, including digitalization initiatives and process optimizations.
• Evaluation and introduction of new technologies and solutions to increase efficiency and competitiveness.
• Ensuring IT security, data protection, compliance, and business continuity.
• Management of external service providers and partners.
• Responsibility for IT budgets, investment planning, and resource management.
• Establishment of standards, processes, and governance structures for the entire corporate group.

Requirements

• Successfully completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
• Several years of professional and leadership experience in IT administration, IT infrastructure, or IT management.
• Experience in the development and implementation of IT strategies and transformation projects.
• Sound knowledge in the areas of IT infrastructure, cloud technologies, networks, IT security, and Microsoft environments.
• Strong strategic and entrepreneurial thinking.
• High communication and leadership competence, as well as the ability to reconcile different interests.
• Structured, solution-oriented, and independent way of working.
• Enjoyment of shaping change and implementing it together with a team.
