About the Role

We’re looking for a proactive and energetic Receptionist to be the friendly face of our North Sydney office and studio’s. In this role, you’ll make sure everything runs smoothly, creating a positive experience for visitors and our team every day.

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for all visitors and team members, creating a welcoming environment
  • Attend to general office administrative duties including answering the main phone line, arranging couriers & postage, stationary ordering, and ensuring kitchens are well stocked
  • Provide timely administrative support to key Commercial Leadership team members
  • Support the Executive Assistant with scheduling, stakeholder coordination, document preparation, and office administration
  • Be the ‘go to’ person in the North Sydney office for all workplace requests and/or facilities improvements or issues
  • Proactively manage main events space bookings and ensure all ARN and building guidelines are adhered to
  • Support the Promotions team with prize collection and contacting winners
  • In partnership with the Safety & Wellbeing Partner and Market Leadership team, ensure effective WHS practices are implemented and assist with conducting quarterly workplace safety inspections

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a reception or administrative role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional approach
  • Highly organised and adaptable, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • Sound financial acumen
  • Experience with phone systems, courier and stationery ordering, and basic facilities management
