About the Role
Lead MEP project delivery across planning, coordination, execution, and closeout for projects in Japan. Manage mechanical, electrical, and plumbing works, ensuring quality, compliance, and alignment with project requirements. Coordinate consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to maintain project timelines and delivery standards. Proactively manage risks, issues, and changes, including escalation, mitigation planning, and resolution of technical or delivery challenges. Oversee project end-to-end, including drawing review, technical submittals, procurement coordination, testing, commissioning, and handover activities. Collaborate with clients, project teams, landlords, suppliers, and regional partners to ensure smooth delivery. Manage budget, reporting, and schedule for efficient and transparent project execution.

Requirements
- 5-7 years of relevant experience in MEP project management, building services, construction, or infrastructure delivery
- Proven track record of managing MEP scope across complex commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects
- Familiarity with Japan codes, compliance requirements, contractor management, and local project delivery practices
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across internal teams, consultants, and external vendors
- Business-level Japanese and English language capability preferred for project coordination and reporting
- Proficiency in project management, reporting, and documentation tools such as Microsoft Office, scheduling platforms, and construction management systems
- Proven problem-solving, coordination, and risk management capability in fast-paced project environments
