About the Role
This is an opportunity to join the leadership team and help launch MECCA's newest store in Rouse Hill. You will be responsible for shaping an incredible store culture, creating unforgettable customer experiences, and leading a team from day one.
Responsibilities
- Champion the MECCA customer experience and lead your team by example
- Coach, develop and inspire your team to grow their capability every day
- Partner with the Store Leadership Team to deliver commercial results and operational excellence
- Foster an inclusive, engaged and high-performing team culture
- Support the successful launch of our newest Rouse Hill store
Requirements
- Prior experience in successfully leading large retail teams
- A true passion for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond for our customers to create MECCA-magic moments
- Confidence in providing feedback to develop and coach team members
- Availability to work late evenings and weekends
