About the Role
The NextGen Programme is a fully immersive, 12-month creative launchpad designed to embed future creatives directly into the heart of our studio. This programme is a dedicated entry point for emerging talent who are deeply passionate about design and visual language, with a desire to translate creative thinking into tangible, meaningful ideas. You will contribute to research, ideation, and production tasks, building your understanding of the creative process from concept to realisation, while developing your creative, technical, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to research, ideation, and production tasks.
- Conduct retail safaris as well as market, trend, and audience research to support tactical strategy decks and client pitches.
- Work alongside senior design and strategy specialists to sketch, mock up, and develop creative solutions for diverse client accounts.
- Contribute to beautifully designed, strategically sound client presentations, workshops, and project deliverables.
- Support the team wherever a fast-paced live project needs a blend of creative problem-solving.
- Support with ongoing internal projects and become an integral player in our studio culture.
Requirements
- A portfolio or project work demonstrating creative thinking, design craft or strategic problem-solving.
- Strong visual, written or communication skills.
- Curiosity about retail, brands, culture and human behaviour.
- A willingness to learn, seek feedback and collaborate openly.
- Confidence taking ownership of tasks while asking for support when needed.
- Evidence of commitment to developing your craft.
- Genuine interest in how ideas move from insight to execution.
- A unique perspective, eagerness to learn, and passion for shaping the future of retail design.
