About the Role

Datadog is seeking a Recruiting Sourcer to identify exceptional talent and partner with Recruiters to develop strategies for engaging passive candidates. You will be the first point of contact for new candidates, playing a critical role in identifying great candidates and communicating the Datadog story.

Responsibilities

• Generate and maintain active and passive candidate pipelines for complex, hard-to-fill positions using various sources.
• Amplify and champion job openings internally and work with employees to find hidden talent in their networks.
• Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans and track progress for stakeholder sharing.
• Utilize research to creatively find talent, including diverse talent pools.
• Map the talent market, monitoring talent flow, market attrition, and competitor talent.
• Specialize in event/project management, messaging analysis, creative prospecting, and stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a Recruiter or Sourcer for a search firm or in-house recruiting team with high volume recruiting.
• High sense of urgency, strong communication skills, and detail-oriented.
• Tenacious and passionate about sourcing and engaging candidates.
• Able to work independently and simultaneously on multiple roles.
• Proven track record of engaging talent through tools and converting passive prospects into candidates.
• Creative, innovative, intellectually curious, and results-driven.
