About the Role
The Systems Analyst serves as the primary liaison between IT and internal users, supporting a predominantly Windows-based environment with approximately 300 users. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving problems, improving user experiences, and growing their IT career through hands-on support and strategic contributions.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for internal users across hardware, software, and network issues.
- Respond to and resolve Helpdesk service requests and escalations in a timely manner.
- Manage procurement and deployment of hardware and software solutions.
- Deliver technical training and create user-friendly training materials.
- Research, recommend, and implement IT solutions aligned with business goals.
- Uphold compliance by adhering to key operational processes, including Access Management, Incident Management, and Problem Management.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and foster strong internal relationships.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support, Helpdesk, or network administration.
- Bachelor’s degree in information systems or equivalent work experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Windows-based operating systems.
- IT certifications (e.g. CompTIA, Microsoft role-based certifications) or active pursuit of certifications preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude in all interactions.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Effective communicator across all levels of the organization.
- Quick learner with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Occasional lifting of equipment up to 25lbs.
- Extended periods of desk/computer work may be required.
