About the Role
Marketing Manager position focused on immune-mediated rare disease marketing initiatives and programs. Requires a proven track record of contributing to brand growth and developing/implementing high-impact marketing tools and programs.
Responsibilities
- Proactively involves all internal and external stakeholders to maximize opportunities and resolve issues toward higher brand equity.
- Contributes to Japanese Brand Plan development with Global Team and Cross-function team.
- Manages launch excellence activities with internal Global counterparts.
- Develops and executes sales promotional activities in alignment with all commercial stakeholders.
- Leads changes by engaging and involving sales leaders in planning and key initiatives.
- Develops programs and tools for optimal sales force effectiveness.
- Establishes regular contacts with key opinion leaders.
- Designs and implements omni-channel strategy in collaboration with the Commercial Excellence team.
- Benchmarks competitor launch timing, strategies, and tactical approaches, incorporating key insights into our own strategy.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Manager (Marketing Manager) with a proven track record in a pharmaceutical company.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Pharmaceutical consulting company.
- Ability to lead a brand planning process and create robust brand plans communicating with related stakeholders.
- Excellent coordination and negotiation skills for both internal and external parties.
- Excellent organizational and planning skills.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, or Science or related discipline.
- Native level Japanese language proficiency.
- Business level English language proficiency.
