About the Role
Manage pharmaceutical development projects, including project and alliance management. Drive projects from a cross-functional and strategic perspective, leveraging expertise in project management, alliance management, general business, and specific disease areas.
Responsibilities
- Drive identification of project scope and development strategy planning.
- Manage progress, including execution status and timelines of development strategies.
- Conduct risk management and stakeholder management.
- Act as the interface between governance and projects to drive development strategy decision-making.
- Collaborate with US headquarters project managers and team members to advance global simultaneous development.
- Manage alliances in collaboration with external partners.
- Contribute to maximizing product value from various perspectives, including patents.
Requirements
- Over 5 years of experience working in a pharmaceutical company.
- Over 3 years of experience in project management (or equivalent).
- Business-level English proficiency.
