About the Role
Lead the MECCA Burwood store in NSW as a Zone Manager, focusing on exceptional customer experiences and team coaching. This part-time role involves driving success through strong communication and motivating the team to meet KPIs while upholding company values.
Responsibilities
- Support the Management Team to deliver exceptional customer experiences in your store
- Drive success in your store through strong communication and upskilling the team
- Engage and motivate your team in store to meet KPIs and uphold our values
Requirements
- Prior experience in successfully leading large retail teams
- A true passion for exceptional customer service, going above and beyond for our customers to create MECCA-magic moments
- Confidence in providing feedback to develop and coach team members
- Availability to work late evenings and weekends
