About the Role
DXC's Insurance Software and BPS (ISB) is a global market leader in core insurance platforms, delivering solutions across policy administration, claims, billing, analytics, and digital engagement. This role will directly shape how leading insurers operate by transforming policy, underwriting, and claims systems.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all aspects of workers' compensation claims for injured workers within a self-insured framework.
- Coordinate medical care.
- Facilitate return-to-work programs.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with medical providers, employees, and management to promote a safe and efficient work environment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in workers' compensation case management, preferably in a self-insured environment.
- Strong knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and prioritise effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to assess complex information and make informed decisions.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organisational skills with a focus on accuracy.
- Problem-solving: Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Empathy: Understanding the challenges injured workers face and providing compassionate support.
