About the Role

Responsibilities
- Overseeing and managing all aspects of workers' compensation claims for injured workers within a self-insured framework.
- Coordinating medical care, facilitating return-to-work programs, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Collaborating with medical providers, employees, and management to promote a safe and efficient work environment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in workers' compensation case management, preferably in a self-insured environment.
- Strong knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and prioritise effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to assess complex information and make informed decisions.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organisational skills with a focus on accuracy.
- Problem-solving: Ability to identify issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Empathy: Understanding the challenges injured workers face and providing compassionate support.
