About the Role
Enhance customer experience by providing superior service for inquiries and claims related to No Additional Charge (NAC) Insurance on Credit and Charge Cards. The role involves inbound sales to existing and potential customers, meeting financial and non-financial targets, and ensuring exceptional service at every contact point.
Responsibilities
- Deliver seamless member experiences on the No Additional Charge (NAC) insurance program within the Chubb NAC Services Team.
- Provide exceptional service on all inquiries, including claims.
- Inform customers accurately and promptly about coverage as per Card Terms and Conditions.
- Ensure every customer interaction focuses on exceptional experiences.
- Assist customers professionally at every touch point.
- Understand customer needs and deliver personalized service.
- Develop and demonstrate a sound understanding of Chubb's legal, regulatory, and internal compliance obligations.
- Promote compliance and achieve compliant outcomes within the business unit.
- Provide financial services efficiently, honestly, and fairly.
- Complete prescribed training to maintain skills and competencies.
- Identify, record, and report complaints, conflicts, breaches, and other reportable matters promptly.
- Meet or exceed financial targets while meeting service levels as a member of the Inbound Service and Claims team.
- Handle all written queries professionally and efficiently within a five-day timeframe, adhering to CHUBB Direct Marketing Customer Service Standards.
- Identify sales opportunities and provide feedback to the team and Account Managers.
- Utilize sales skills to identify customer needs and achieve assigned sales rate targets.
- Retain customers who call to cancel existing policies.
- Participate and contribute in training workshops and provide relevant feedback to stakeholders.
- Meet QA scores at all times and adapt quickly to procedural changes.

- Must be able to work within a heavily regulated industry.
- Must be able to provide financial services efficiently, honestly and fairly.
- Must complete any prescribed training to maintain skills and competencies.
- Must identify, record and report complaints, conflicts, breeches and other reportable matters in a timely manner.
- Must meet or exceed financial targets whilst meeting service levels.
- Must handle all written queries within a five-day time frame in a professional and efficient manner.
- Must adhere to CHUBB Direct Marketing Customer Service Standards.

- Must give regular feedback to the team and Account Managers.
- Must utilize sales skills to identify customer needs and obtain the sales rate target assigned to any individual campaign.
- Must utilize skills to retain customers who call in to cancel their existing policies.
- Must participate and contribute in training workshops from time to time.
- Must provide relevant feedback to stakeholders.
- Must ensure QA scores are met at all times.
