About the Role
New York Pilates is seeking exceptional Pilates instructors who believe movement can change lives and are ready to make teaching their full-time career. Instructors are the heart of the studio community, bringing expertise, consistency, and energy to clients while helping shape the future of the brand.
Responsibilities
- Teach New York Pilates' signature ABS ARMS ASS Reformer classes
- Deliver an exceptional student experience through thoughtful programming, intentional cueing, and authentic connection
- Build community in the studio, online, and at events
- Teach a consistent schedule of 25+ hours per week and support the team by subbing when needed
- Represent New York Pilates with professionalism, energy, and authentic style
Requirements
- 400+ hour comprehensive Pilates certification
- 5+ years experience teaching group medium to large Reformer classes
- Lives within 15 miles of the teaching market
- Passion for building community and creating an unforgettable student experience
- Reliable, positive, and available to teach at least 4 shifts per week
