About the Role

This role is for a field-based recruiter to support studios in NYC and the Hamptons. It offers an opportunity to build relationships within the local fitness community and manage the full recruitment lifecycle for key talent groups.

Responsibilities

• Own recruiting for certified Pilates instructors, Front of House team members, and studio Managers for NYC and the Hamptons.
• Build and execute targeted sourcing strategies across multiple channels.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from outreach to offer coordination.
• Partner with leadership to align on role needs and hiring priorities.
• Develop and maintain strong talent pipelines and keep ATS records accurate.
• Build relationships with Pilates certification schools and communities.
• Represent the brand by attending community events and running outreach initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years recruiting / talent acquisition experience (ideally in fitness/wellness or niche hiring).
• Strong sourcing, screening, interview, and candidate-management skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, creative sourcing mindset - comfortable networking and outreach beyond standard job boards.
• NYC based required.
• Ability to work in the field to build and maintain relationships with candidates, studios, and the broader fitness space.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Flexibility for outreach, interviews, and coordination outside standard 9–5 when needed.
