About the Role

As an Operations Associate, you’ll be the backbone of the store, ensuring smooth, efficient operations that support an exceptional client experience. Responsibilities

Support daily operations
Manage inventory, stock replenishment, and order fulfillment
Maintain operational standards
Assist with visual merchandising
Ensure the store reflects Sephora’s brand through accurate promotional setups and event execution

Requirements

Must meet the required minimum number of weekly shifts/ hours
Be available during peak retail operations (nights, weekends and holidays)
Punctuality and consistent attendance
Physically able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
