About the Role
We are looking for a Recruitment Officer to join the team for a 6-month fixed-term contract, to hire top talent for our Shift Manager roles across the business. If you’re passionate about people, process, and making a real impact, this could be the role for you.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end recruitment process for Shift Manager roles from requisition to offer
- Post job ads across internal and external platforms
- Screen applications and conduct telephone interviews, always keeping candidate experience front of mind
- Organise and attend store open days to meet potential talent face-to-face
- Work closely with our Employer Brand team to support attraction campaigns
- Build positive working relationships with internal teams and external partners
Requirements
- Experience in recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A strong multi-tasker with the ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines
- Confidence using ATS systems
- A passion for delivering a great candidate experience
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and keep things moving
- Self-motivated, able to work well in a team and independently within a high-pressured environment
