About the Role

NVIDIA's Analytics & Data Intelligence (ADI) team is seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to lead GPU-accelerated data science and AI platforms. This role involves shaping influential open-source AI and data platforms by partnering with engineers, improving software development processes, and driving complex technical programs from planning to delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Define program scope, milestones, success metrics, and execution plans.
  • Drive cross-functional execution across engineering, product, marketing, go-to-market teams, and the open-source community.
  • Manage dependencies, align stakeholders, track software readiness, and resolve risks.
  • Ensure predictable, high-quality releases.
  • Lead software release, security, and compliance programs.
  • Continuously improve development processes, tooling, and delivery practices.
  • Build and maintain program metrics to measure release health, quality, delivery performance, and adoption.
  • Use data to drive decisions and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field—or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of technical program management experience leading complex software initiatives in data science, data processing, accelerated computing, high-dimensional search, self-directed AI, or closely related domains.
  • Strong technical foundation with previous experience as an engineer, data scientist, or highly technical program leader.
  • Deep familiarity with open-source software development, the PyData ecosystem, GitHub, and GitHub-based engineering workflows.
  • Proven ability to lead multiple business-critical programs simultaneously.
  • Influence across organizations without direct authority.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and executive audiences.
