- Build and run our field presence, determining where we show up and ensuring every appearance is impactful.
- Advise engineering executives, acting as a trusted, vendor-neutral advisor to CTOs and VPs of Engineering during evaluations, POCs, and post-deal.
- Partner with sales to provide executive air cover on strategic deals and translate Weave's capabilities into repeatable executive narratives.
- Feed field insights back into product development by relaying challenges faced by engineering leaders to sharpen the product roadmap.
- Build and cultivate lasting relationships with engineering leaders to foster customers, champions, and friends of Weave.
- Be flexible to handle diverse tasks, from keynoting conferences to whiteboarding with a customer's CTO or writing content to drive meetings.
