About the Role
Drive Alcohol brands business growth through strategy and execution planning to build brand equity and deliver short and mid/long-term growth targets. Drive Alcohol brands’ initiatives such as new product development, IMX development, and business assessment. Develop consumer-centric innovation pipeline for long-term growth and brand equity building with leading cross functional team members.
Responsibilities
- Manage Alcohol business performance including periodic tracking and course correction recommendations.
- Develop Alcohol brands growth strategies through LRP and ABP processes.
- Develop brand annual business plans, including end-to-end strategy development, product & pack launches, and content for consumers and shoppers.
- Develop a 3-year innovation pipeline with timely alignment with key stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or equivalent preferred.
- 12-15 years of senior leadership experience in category/brand management or marketing, ideally within FMCG or beverage/consumer goods sectors.
