About the Role
This role will provide exceptional administrative support to general managers and the executive assistant for the team responsible for supervision of ASX’s listed market. It is well-suited to a motivated and enthusiastic candidate who shows initiative and is keen to learn.
Responsibilities
- Provide calendar support to the Group Executive with assistance from the Executive Assistant and one General Manager.
- Manage all aspects of meeting coordination for various client events including listing ceremonies and regular meetings in the division, including managing all logistics, agenda setting, inviting guest presenters and tracking actions.
- Timely and accurate processing of various updates to data points in Salesforce and other systems.
- Processing and overseeing publication of decisions on the ASX website.
- Accurate processing and raising client invoice requests and troubleshooting account queries received by the team.
- Preparation and review of presentations, policies and procedures prepared by the team, including formatting documents in line with the ASX style guide.
- Coordinating the set up and welcome for new starters to the division.
Requirements
- Strong diary management skills including proven experience anticipating, identifying and addressing travel/admin/diary issues.
- Experience in a similar role supporting senior executives in an autonomous role.
- Advanced experience in both Word and PowerPoint, and basic skills in Excel.
- Analysis/problem solving/innovation.
- Experience using iManage and Salesforce.
- Previous experience in administrative project work.
- Ability to time manage and prioritise work and meet delivery deadlines.
- Candidates must be legally authorised to work in Australia on a permanent basis without any restrictions.
