About the Role
nib Dental Sydney CBD is one of our busiest centres, operating up to 18 dental chairs during peak periods. We are seeking multiple experienced Dental Assistants for permanent full-time positions. This role offers hands-on exposure to complex dental treatments alongside experienced clinicians in a busy, well-run centre with a strong patient base.
Responsibilities
- Chairside assisting across a broad range of general and complex dental procedures
- Preparing treatment rooms and supporting clinicians across a high-volume, fast-paced centre
- Sterilisation and infection control
- Delivering exceptional patient care and customer service
- Supporting smooth day-to-day operations across a large, multi-chair centre
- Working collaboratively within a large, professional team
Requirements
- Dental Assistant experience preferred
- Confident all-rounder across chairside assisting and sterilisation
- Comfortable working in a busy, high-volume clinical environment
- Strong understanding of infection control standards
- Reliable, adaptable and team-focused
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Available Monday to Friday
- Must hold a Blue Card for paid employment in Dental in QLD (can be discussed during interview)
