About the Role

As an Analyst within the Global Investment Banking Capital Market Advisory Group, you will participate in the full cycle of transactional execution, including preparing marketing pitches, coordinating with various teams, communicating with clients, managing documentation, and preparing presentations.

Responsibilities

• Implement the origination and execution function including interacting with clients and working with coverage and capital markets bankers
• Liaise with internal and external parties on transactions such as lawyers, accountants, counterparties
• Demonstrate the ability to become a senior officer who is capable of generating and executing capital market transactions

Requirements

• Business level English
• Impeccable communication details with the ability to effectively interact with senior professionals, clients and key stakeholders in other line of business
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and communication skills
• Understand transaction cycle and the steps in the process and is execution oriented
• Adaptable, able to manage projects independently and ready to assume a high level of responsibility as a productive member of a team
• Intellectual curiosity, particularly in trends of laws and rules in capital market
• A well-rounded academic background
• Experience of working in a relevant team in Investment Banking
