Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day retail store operations, including rostering, visual merchandising, deliveries, and stock management.
- Lead and foster a team culture based on T2 Values, developing engaged brand ambassadors.
- Drive exceptional customer service to increase satisfaction and loyalty.
- Achieve budgeted sales and wage targets, and manage controllable costs.
- Ensure store operations comply with T2 policies, processes, and guidelines.
- Identify team development needs and motivate performance for succession planning.
