About the Role
We are seeking a Cleaning and Trolley Collection Team Member to play a crucial role in ensuring our stores provide a positive shopping experience. You will be responsible for keeping the store clean, safe, and welcoming for customers and team members.
Responsibilities
- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
- Cleaning shelves, ovens, and drains
- Collecting trolleys from the store and car park
Requirements
- Willingness to learn and a great attitude
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors
- Ability to work autonomously and in a group setting
- Commitment to providing great customer experiences
- Keen eye for detail and cleanliness
- Passion for working safely and abiding by safe work practices
- Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines
- Solid work ethic
- Ability to be active, do moderate to heavy lifting, reaching, and pushing
- Availability to work flexible hours across store trading days, including weekends
- Ability to work shifts between 5am and 11pm, 7 days a week
