About the Role
We are looking for passionate and caring individuals to make a difference in our Aged Care clients' lives by assisting them to live at home independently for as long as possible. You will be travelling around Mona Vale and will need to have some availability during weekdays Monday to Friday between 8am-5pm. Preferably 3-5 days.
Responsibilities
- General household tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, ironing, cleaning the bathroom & kitchen, changing beds and washing
- Transport to appointments and shopping
- Meal preparation
- Social Support or Respite for family/carers
- Personal care including assistance with showering and dressing (if qualified/fully trained)
Requirements
- A kind heart and genuine passion for providing high quality care to the elderly
- Comfortable interacting with a wide variety of people
- Good communication skills
- A reliable team player
- Understanding of workplace health and safety
- An Australian driver's licence and access to a reliable insured motor vehicle (essential)
- Willingness to apply for a Police Check

Salary/Compensations
- $34.50 - $48.75 per hour + superannuation + km reimbursement ($1.11 per km)
