About the Role
As a Client Services Representative at CMC Markets, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining our 14-year streak as recipients of 'Canstar's Most Satisfied Customers' award. Based in our vibrant Chatswood office, you'll dive into the fast-paced world of financial services. Responsibilities
- Be the voice of CMC Markets, responding to client queries via phone, email, live chat, and messaging.
- Act as a brand ambassador, delivering exceptional service that keeps our clients coming back.
- Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience, contributing to our industry-leading reputation.
- Participate in a rotating schedule between 7:30am and 8:00pm.
Requirements
- You’ll possess a strong customer service orientation and thrive in a client-centric environment.
- Demonstrate passion and enthusiasm for the financial services industry.
- Communicate effectively in English and Mandarin, both verbally and in writing.
- Show resilience and adaptability in a high-volume call centre setting.
- Eligibility to work in Australia permanently.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but your attitude and willingness to learn are what truly matter.
