About the Role
We are looking for a Full-Time Assistant Store Manager to join our TOMMY HILFIGER team at WESTFIELD PARRAMATTA.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, mentor, and motivate a team.
- Manage stock and visual merchandising.
- Identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Previous supervisory and/or management experience in the customer service or retail apparel industry.
- Experience in achieving KPI’s including sales and wage budgets, UPT, conversion rate, average $, shrinkage and mystery shops.
- Strong attention to detail.
