About the Role

ABCD is seeking a caring, dependable Teaching Assistant to support Infant/Toddler classrooms. The ideal candidate is nurturing, patient, and passionate about early childhood development, providing a safe and loving environment where young children can grow and thrive.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Lead Teacher in caring for infants and toddlers
  • Support daily routines including feeding, diapering, napping, and playtime
  • Help create a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment
  • Observe and support children’s developmental milestones
  • Follow health, safety, and licensing regulations
  • Communicate positively with teachers and families

Requirements

  • Ability to lift, carry, and care for young children
  • CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain
