About the Role
You will function as an integrator between business needs and technology solutions, helping to create the technology solutions to meet our clients’ requirements. Work with our diverse and collaborative team to develop the system strategy, design, configure and test the Workday solution and see how you can help our clients to satisfy their objectives. Lead enablement and delivery of digital adoption through programs of work and empower our clients into making decisions that drive value where it most matters. Responsibilities
- Develop system strategy, design, configure, and test the Workday solution.
- Lead enablement and delivery of digital adoption through programs of work.
- Empower clients to make decisions that drive value.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional experience in leading and/or implementing digital finance systems across technology vendors (e.g., Workday, Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, Infor), with 3+ years in leading workstreams.
- 4+ years in a functional lead role managing team delivery in translating business requirements, chart of accounts and workflow design, configuration, data migration/reconciliation, and reporting.
- Multiple full life cycle ERP implementations on Cloud based SaaS solutions in functional roles.
- Experience with resource planning, project scoping, pricing, and planning.
- Even if you don’t have Workday experience, but are well versed with another technology, like PeopleSoft, SAP or Oracle and want to make the switch, we still want to hear from you.
