About the Role

Gradient Robotics seeks a Hardware Technician to manage and optimize daily hardware build and testing processes. Responsibilities

Organize and prioritize incoming work from multiple teams to ensure timely completion.
Operate and maintain various 3D printers to ensure reliable performance.
Design and implement workflow optimizations for personal and team efficiency.
Clearly document test results and data.
Manage task flow across teams, keeping all projects on schedule.

Requirements

DIY project or makerspace experience.
Proficiency in CAD software.
Experience diagnosing and resolving hardware issues.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
Strong prioritization skills.
Willingness to take initiative and identify areas for improvement.
Excellent communication skills.
Commitment to continuous learning and skill development through hands-on experience.
Comfort with ambiguity and a high-ownership mindset.
