About the Role

As a Lobby Host at JLL, you will be the welcoming face of our workplace, delivering exceptional front-of-house experiences while supporting operational excellence. You will manage visitor services, facility operations, vendor coordination, and administrative support, actively engaging with stakeholders, assisting with event coordination, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

  • Greet all visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism and warmth, managing reception duties including refreshments, name badges, incoming calls, and guest escorts
  • Oversee access badge administration, new starter onboarding, meeting room bookings, and event setups
  • Maintain consumables inventory and conduct daily site inspections to ensure all spaces are well-supplied, clutter-free, and aligned with quality standards
  • Support event management and coordinate with cross-functional teams on catering delivery, room arrangements, and health and safety compliance
  • Manage IT hardware assets, courier distribution, car parking requests, and serve as a key team member during emergency situations

Requirements

  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service in a front-of-house, reception, or hospitality environment with strong administrative skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with confidence interacting with stakeholders at all organizational levels, including senior leadership
  • Self-motivated and proactive attitude with keen attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced settings
  • Basic understanding of facilities services and knowledge of local occupational health and safety requirements
  • Proficiency with technology systems including SharePoint, calendar management tools, and standard workplace software
  • Experience in vendor management, event coordination, or facilities operations within corporate or commercial environments (preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships and solve complex problems with flexibility and diplomacy (preferred)
