About the Role

As an Onboarding and Maintenance Associate, you'll be the critical gateway for new clients entering our trading and investing platforms. Your role involves reviewing and processing non-standard account applications, ensuring compliance with KYC and AML regulations, updating client information, collaborating with internal teams, and maintaining the integrity of the client management process. At CMC Markets, you're not just processing accounts – you're enabling financial potential for our clients across markets around the world.

Responsibilities

Playing a key part in maintaining the integrity of our client management process

Requirements

Exceptional attention to detail
Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience with large-scale workflow systems
A proactive approach to professional development
Eligibility to work in Australia permanently
Previous onboarding experience is a plus
