About the Role
Our Ashfield centre is looking for enthusiastic Casual Dental Assistants to join a busy, supportive team. This is a great opportunity to be part of something exciting, join a well-established centre with a strong, loyal patient base, work alongside experienced clinicians in a fast-paced environment, and build broad experience across chairside, sterilisation and reception.
Responsibilities
- Chairside assisting across a range of general dental procedures
- Preparing treatment rooms and supporting clinicians
- Sterilisation and infection control
- Supporting reception duties when required, including patient check-in and scheduling
- Delivering exceptional patient care and customer service
- Supporting smooth day-to-day clinic operations
- Working collaboratively within a professional team
Requirements
- Dental Assistant experience preferred
- Confident all-rounder across chairside assisting and sterilisation
- Reception experience highly regarded
- Strong understanding of infection control standards
- Reliable, adaptable and team-focused
- Excellent communication and patient care skills
- Flexible availability across both weekday and weekend shifts, with Thursday close essential
- To work in Dental in QLD, you are required to hold a Blue Card for paid employment
