About the Role

At Pamela, a new Big Mamma restaurant in Berlin, we are seeking a Chef de Rang who excels at creating genuine connections with guests and delivering memorable dining experiences. As Chef de Rang, you will be the face of Big Mamma at the table, shaping every guest's experience through your personality, attention to detail, and ability to connect with people. This role is an opportunity to make a significant impact if hospitality is your passion.

Responsibilities

Welcome guests with warmth, energy, and professionalism.
Guide guests through the menu, offering recommendations and product knowledge.
Build genuine relationships and anticipate guest needs.
Coordinate your section to ensure smooth and attentive service.
Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for an outstanding dining experience.
Maintain high service standards throughout every shift.
Handle guest requests with confidence, care, and professionalism.

Requirements

Previous experience as Chef de Rang or in a similar service position.
Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence working in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Positive attitude, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Fluent English is required.
German or Italian is a plus.
