About the Role
We are recruiting for our first art'otel in London, a premium lifestyle hotel situated in the heart of the new, iconic Battersea Power Station development. As a Front Office Team Leader, you will play a hands-on role leading by example, motivating, training, and inspiring the front office team members to ensure guests' needs are satisfactorily met.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a Front Office Supervisor/Team Leader, Reception Supervisor, or Receptionist in a hotel
- Excellent detailed knowledge of Front Office operations
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Excellent knowledge of Opera

Salary/Compensations
- £14.89 per hour plus incentive (10% of room upgrade, £1 per breakfast voucher and £2 per restaurant voucher)
