About the Role

Seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Hotel All-Rounder to work across Front Office & Food & Beverage operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and a welcoming atmosphere.

Responsibilities

• Deliver service excellence from check-in to check-out.
• Act as the first point of contact for guests and visitors.
• Work shifts in Food & Beverage and Front Desk.
• Complete a variety of hotel tasks, including selling facilities, preparing food and beverages, delivering food, and managing guest accounts.
• Provide passionate, knowledgeable, and friendly service to external and internal guests.
• Brief guests on the ALL - Accor Live Limitless loyalty program and encourage sign-ups.
• Ensure guests feel welcome and comfortable.

Requirements

• Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hotel environment.
• Strong knowledge of computer systems, including Microsoft Office and preferably Opera.
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and think on your feet to resolve issues quickly.
• Strong communication skills and pride in personal presentation.
• Natural ability to provide authentic guest service.
• Genuine customer service focus and dedication to guest satisfaction.
• Valid RSA or willingness to obtain one prior to commencing.
• Flexibility to work across a 7-day roster, including mornings and evenings.
