About the Role
As a Carer at Blue Hills Manor Aged Care Home, you will enhance residents' lives with compassionate care. By understanding their needs and preferences, you create meaningful connections that support their well-being. You will assist with personal and daily care, maintaining dignity and respecting routines, with the support of your team.
Responsibilities
- Assistance with a wide range of person-centered care in accordance with care plans
- Assistance with medication and simple wound dressing
- Assistance with activities under supervision
- Working with each resident to continue to do the things they love
Requirements
- Be physically able to carry out required duties in a safe and efficient manner
- A born listener, you’re genuinely curious to know and understand people
