About the Role

The Inventory Clerk will work with the Inventory Manager to ensure all paperwork is processed correctly in accounting and that titles are obtained. This role focuses on managing vehicle titles, not the physical vehicles themselves.

Responsibilities

• Stock in vehicles and post invoices daily.
• Organize and file all MCOs and titles.
• Apply for duplicate titles and MCOs.
• Follow up on titles and lien releases not received.
• Post vehicle purchases and issue payoff/equity checks.
• Manage floor plan payments, additions, and transfers.
• Clean and maintain all inventory schedules.
• Communicate with the sales department for any missing paperwork.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must have held a valid driver’s license for at least 1 year.
• Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered.

Skills

• Ability to work effectively as a team member.
• Ability to work independently without direct supervision.
• Detail oriented.
• Good communication skills.
