About the Role
This role is designed for someone early in their career to learn how a company operates. You will be central to finance, people, and office operations, owning the systems, vendors, and processes that enable the team to perform effectively. It offers broad exposure, ideal for developing judgment quickly and growing towards a career in finance, operations, or people management.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, corporate cards, and repayment plans.
- Maintain the AR tracker and ensure correct spending codes across US and UK accounts.
- Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, including accounts, equipment, background checks, and first-week experience.
- Administer health, pension, and family benefits across both countries.
- Manage vendor relationships and ensure accuracy in all related processes.
- Assist with immigration processes and maintain compliance documentation.
- Update tools and trackers, set up new customer accounts in billing and data systems.
- Develop small automations to save time across the organization.
Requirements
- Graduating soon or recently graduated (any major, finance/business acumen preferred).
- High level of organization and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with numbers and quick to learn new software.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Commitment to accuracy in financial, people, and compliance matters.
- Willingness to be in the office with the team in New York.
- No prior finance or operations experience required; strong instincts and willingness to learn are valued.
