About the Role
Align Custom Fit is seeking a full-time, career-minded Toronto Flagship Client Experience Coordinator for their premium Toronto First Canadian Place location. This role serves as an elite anchor, offering a high-visibility career track for professionals skilled in high-end service, with opportunities for growth into management within a rapidly scaling luxury medical wellness brand.
Responsibilities
- Run premium flagship showroom tours, welcome clients/patients with elite hospitality, and tell the Align brand narrative.
- Nurture inbound community interest and convert 85%+ of "Hot Leads" into active clinical appointments through education.
- Ensure front-of-house and back-of-house spaces remain polished and perfect at a luxury 5-star standard.
- Manage medical files, point-of-sale invoicing, and insurance inquiries for a smooth financial experience.
- Manage incoming premium inventory merchandising and track client-specific Align Orthotics™ footwear and compression orders.
Requirements
- Proven track record of delivering pristine client experiences in premium fitness & boutique wellness, luxury hotels, luxury fashion retail, or boutique aesthetics & medical spas.
- Experience handling high-demand, high-net-worth client communities.
- Experience as a front desk agent, client relations specialist, or concierge from premium boutique properties.
- Experience as a stylist, premium client consultant, or key holder from high-end retail.
- Experience as a client coordinator in high-end client service with a desire for leadership progression.
