About the Role
We are looking for an Assistant Account Executive to join our Travel team! Dive into a dynamic role, working on a variety of accounts across many different industries. Your chance to fuel the creative spirit starts here!
Responsibilities
- Monitor media coverage pertaining to clients and provide comprehensive reports.
- Draft various documents including media briefings.
- Develop media lists tailored to specific campaigns and initiatives.
- Conduct daily media relations to secure placements in national, regional, broadcast, and online media.
- Cultivate relationships with journalists and media members.
- Manage day-to-day account activities, oversee scheduling, and update client reports.
Requirements
- At least 3 months of full-time public relations experience (internships included).
- Prior agency experience preferred.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Experience handling multiple clients or projects simultaneously.
- A passion for Travel, Hospitality, Lifestyle, Luxury and/or Entertainment industries.

Salary/Compensations
- $45,000 base with eligibility for overtime.
