  • Develop a targeted acquisition strategy that maps the London schools landscape.
  • Lead outbound outreach to schools via emails, calls, visits, and events.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each school’s context, needs, and priorities.
  • Organize and run free taster sessions as a key conversion tool.
  • Lead on conversations with school decision-makers, guiding them from initial interest to signed agreement.
  • Track progress against acquisition targets and report clearly on pipeline activity, conversion rates, and school growth.
  • Act as BFF’s lead voice with prospective school partners, providing a professional, warm, and mission-led experience.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key education stakeholders across London.
  • Represent Bloomsbury Football Foundation at relevant education events, school sport conferences, and community forums.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider Programmes and Marketing teams to develop and refine sales collateral.
  • Develop compelling, tailored pitch materials and proposals.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of school prospect activity in Salesforce.
  • Proactively build market intelligence to sharpen BFF’s approach.
  • Use data and school feedback to continuously improve the sales approach.
  • Contribute ideas and insights to help shape BFF’s broader schools strategy.
  • Uphold BFF’s safeguarding policies and values at all times.

Requirements

  • Driven, people-centred, and energized by the idea that football can change young people’s lives.
  • Understand that great sales in a mission-led organisation is about helping the right people understand why something matters and making it easy for them to say yes.
  • High standards, taking pride in work and pushing for quality.
  • Takes responsibility, owns work, decisions, and mistakes; works proactively and brings solutions.
  • Actively pushes to get better each day, seeks feedback, and looks for opportunities to stretch.
  • Stays effective under pressure, recovers from setbacks quickly.
  • Works well with others, adds to the team, and steps up to support the end goal.
  • Thrives in fast-moving environments where plans evolve and priorities shift.
  • Represents BFF with warmth and professionalism, taking responsibilities seriously.
  • Believes in the mission of BFF and the power of football to change young people's lives.
  • A natural relationship builder and persuader who opens doors, builds trust, and brings people along.
  • Deep intuition for what schools need and how decisions are made.
  • Strong alignment with BFF’s values and a genuine belief in football as a tool for social impact.
  • Demonstrated ability to persuade and engage a range of stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage a pipeline or workload independently, consistently meeting defined goals or targets.
  • Clear, professional communication skills with the ability to tailor tone and messaging.
  • Comfortable using data and impact evidence to make a compelling case.
  • Motivated by metrics and clear targets, and reflective about what is working and what needs to change.
  • Reliable and detail-oriented, with the ability to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines.
  • Good grasp of technology and digital tools, including Microsoft 365 and Salesforce or similar CRMs.
