About the Role
The Event Coordinator manages the technology, systems, and operational processes that support successful planning, execution, and measurement of meetings and events. This role oversees attendee registration and continuing education processes, supports meeting planners, and bridges event operations, technology platforms, and data integrations to deliver seamless attendee experiences and actionable event insights.
Responsibilities
- Manage event technology, registration platforms, and attendee experiences.
- Oversee event operations, reporting, and continuous process improvements.
- Partner with planners, vendors, and internal teams to deliver exceptional events.
- Deliver seamless attendee experiences through optimized event technology.
- Ensure accurate, reliable data flows across platforms and systems.
- Provide meaningful reporting and insights that demonstrate event impact.
- Develop scalable processes, templates, and operational best practices.
- Collaborate with marketing, IT, and business teams to align technology with event goals.
Requirements
- Ability to travel within Texas, including occasional overnight and weekend travel.
