Responsibilities

  • Greet and qualify prospects using lead management software.
  • Process applications, including credit checks and rental history verification.
  • Show apartments, close sales, and conduct community orientations.
  • Manage lease renewals, move-outs, and maintain property management software data.
  • Oversee rent collections, enforce lease terms, and initiate eviction proceedings when necessary.
  • Promote resident satisfaction by resolving complaints and service requests.
  • Conduct market research on competing properties and implement outreach marketing.
  • Maintain an active social media presence to enhance property visibility.
  • Complete all lease-related paperwork for move-ins and move-outs in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods.
  • Ability to climb stairs.
  • Ability to read documents and computer screens.
  • Ability to hear and understand verbal communications.
  • Ability to lift or carry items up to 20 pounds.
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment.
  • Must be able to work on-site with exposure to outdoor elements.
  • Must be able to work in confined spaces or heights.
  • Flexible schedule including weekdays, nights, and weekends.
  • Successful completion of a background check.
  • Valid driver's license preferred.
