Responsibilities
- Greet and qualify prospects using lead management software.
- Process applications, including credit checks and rental history verification.
- Show apartments, close sales, and conduct community orientations.
- Manage lease renewals, move-outs, and maintain property management software data.
- Oversee rent collections, enforce lease terms, and initiate eviction proceedings when necessary.
- Promote resident satisfaction by resolving complaints and service requests.
- Conduct market research on competing properties and implement outreach marketing.
- Maintain an active social media presence to enhance property visibility.
- Complete all lease-related paperwork for move-ins and move-outs in a timely manner.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to sit for extended periods.
- Ability to climb stairs.
- Ability to read documents and computer screens.
- Ability to hear and understand verbal communications.
- Ability to lift or carry items up to 20 pounds.
- Ability to operate standard office equipment.
- Must be able to work on-site with exposure to outdoor elements.
- Must be able to work in confined spaces or heights.
- Flexible schedule including weekdays, nights, and weekends.
- Successful completion of a background check.
- Valid driver's license preferred.
