About the Role

As an AI Deployment Strategist, you will collaborate across customer success, sales, and engineering to ensure technical clarity and execution throughout the sales cycle of our F2 product. You will become the AI prompting authority, forming the technical backbone of the go-to-market strategy.

Responsibilities

• Support the F2 sales process by joining prospect and client calls to address technical product questions.
• Own customer due diligence, including completing InfoSec questionnaires and improving the DDQ knowledge base.
• Audit user-generated reports, flag issues to engineering, and assist customers in deriving value from our AI.
• Develop natural language prompts tailored to customer needs for accurate and relevant report output.
• Perform light technical implementations, such as configuring SSO or provisioning custom data retention policies.
• Maintain CRM hygiene for clean, structured data to support customer success and sales scaling.
• Act as the customer's advocate to the engineering team, providing feedback for product improvement.

Requirements

• Ability to translate between engineers and customers.
• Experience handling enterprise buyers and explaining complex systems clearly.
• Cross-functional collaboration skills to deliver high-impact outcomes.
• Experience prompting and working with LLMs and AI SaaS tools.
• Familiarity with enterprise information security concepts and due diligence processes.
• Strong communication skills, commercial mindset, customer focus, and technical fluency.
• Ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Project management skills for complex workflows and technical deliverables without writing production code.
• Strong keyboard skills and technical aptitude.
• Eagerness to develop coding skills.
