Responsibilities

  • Comply with company/site safety rules.
  • Perform safe and effective operation of all equipment needed to perform job function.
  • Flex across different products and areas to support business needs.
  • Provide training to new employees or employees learning new work areas to work instructions/standard work.
  • Follow established procedures, processes, or policies.
  • Interpret and understand engineering drawings and blueprints to accurately execute welding tasks.
  • Assist with robotic welder.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Pass an internal written and physical weld test.
  • Possess an understanding of welding fundamentals.
  • Have basic welding experience and/or training.
  • Have basic knowledge of Mig Welding Equipment.
  • Ability to follow direction and work in a team environment.
