About the Role
As our F&I Manager, you will deliver an exceptional customer experience while guiding buyers through finance and protection options, working with urgency and precision to structure, submit, and fund deals quickly and accurately. You will present and sell protection packages with confidence and clarity, build and maintain strong lender relationships, and collaborate with the sales team to keep deals moving seamlessly. You will also champion compliance and accuracy in all documentation and reporting.

Requirements
- Two or more years of dealership finance experience
- Sales management background is a plus
- Strong closing ability and proven track record of hitting goals
- Positive attitude with the hunger to push business to new heights
- Ability to thrive in a high energy, fast paced environment
- Team oriented with leadership qualities
- Valid driver’s license
