About the Role

As a Wax Specialist at European Wax Center, you will be a friendly and passionate team player who can hit the ground running while also building your skills with our comprehensive training program. You will give guests a reason to walk in, and strut out.

Responsibilities

• Capability to do all types of body waxing.
• Ability to work in a fun, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work flexible days and hours.

Requirements

• A licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist in California, willing to learn new techniques.
• A positive, friendly, upbeat and personable demeanor.
• A professional appearance at all times.
• Sales experience is preferred.

Salary/Compensations

• Base hourly wage of $20 to $22 per hour.
• Service bonus (paid bi-weekly) up to $1,000 per month based on performance.
• Retail commission is 10% to 20% based on performance.
• Service commission (paid bi-weekly) up to 3% of service sales based on performance
